Refund and Returns Policy

At VIB, we provide digital service packs and support modules. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Digital Services

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable once the service or access details have been delivered.
  • Since our services are intangible digital deliverables, they cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • The purchased service was not delivered as promised.
  • A confirmed payment was received, but the order details were not shared due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If the client misuses or mishandles the service deliverables after delivery.
  • If the client’s own actions or violations of third-party terms result in restrictions or loss of access.
  • If the client requests cancellation or changes their mind after purchase.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests (if eligible) must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at vibprivatelimited@gmail.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
