5. Independent Service Provider Status

VIB operates as an independent digital services provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as:

  • Establishing partnership

  • Creating joint venture

  • Forming agency relationship

  • Granting rights in third-party intellectual property

Users acknowledge that VIB does not represent or act on behalf of any third-party publisher, developer, or external platform.


6. Modifications to Terms

VIB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational, regulatory, or legal changes.

Revised Terms shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. User Obligations

By engaging VIB’s services, users agree to:

VIB reserves the right to suspend or decline services if false information is identified.


9. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Platform and services in a responsible and lawful manner.

Acceptable use includes:

  • Requesting digital support within the stated service scope.

  • Communicating respectfully.

  • Using services only for legitimate personal or business purposes.

The Platform may not be used in a manner that could:

  • Harm VIB’s reputation.

  • Disrupt website functionality.

  • Interfere with other users’ access.


10. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Engage in fraudulent payment behavior.

  • Submit false claims or chargebacks in bad faith.

  • Misrepresent the nature of services to third parties.

  • Threaten, harass, or abuse VIB personnel.

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform infrastructure.

Any violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, subject to the Refund Policy.


11. User Responsibility for Third-Party Compliance

Where services relate to third-party platforms, users acknowledge that:

  • They are responsible for complying with third-party terms.

  • VIB does not control third-party enforcement policies.

  • Independent platforms may impose actions beyond VIB’s control.

Users agree not to hold VIB liable for actions taken by third-party platforms.


12. Communication Standards

All communications with VIB must remain professional and lawful.

Abusive, defamatory, or threatening behavior may result in:

  • Refusal of service

  • Termination of engagement

  • Restriction of access to the Platform

VIB reserves the right to retain communication records for compliance and dispute defense purposes.

13. Pricing Structure

All service pricing displayed on the Platform is subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed through an accepted service request.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Subscription selection

Pricing is confirmed before or at the time of payment.

Users agree to review service details carefully prior to completing payment.


14. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers.

By submitting payment, users:

  • Confirm agreement to the selected service

  • Accept these Terms of Service

VIB does not directly store or process sensitive financial credentials such as:

  • Card numbers

  • CVV

  • UPI PIN

  • Net banking passwords

Such data is handled exclusively by the payment gateway provider under their own security protocols.


15. Payment Obligation

Once payment is successfully processed, the user is obligated under these Terms.

Users acknowledge that digital services may begin processing shortly after payment confirmation.

Initiating a payment confirms:

  • Intent to engage services

  • Agreement with service scope

  • Acceptance of the Refund & Cancellation Policy


16. Service Confirmation & Acknowledgment

Service delivery may include:

  • Digital instructions

  • Configuration guidance

  • Consultation communication

  • Structured service completion

Users acknowledge that digital communication, service messages, confirmations, and documented interaction may constitute valid proof of service delivery.

Failure to respond to service-related communication does not invalidate delivery if service actions have been completed as agreed.


17. Digital Nature of Services

Users understand and agree that:

  • All services are digital and intangible.

  • No physical goods are shipped.

  • No in-person service takes place.

  • Delivery may occur through online communication or digital access methods.

Because services are digital, outcomes may depend on user cooperation and third-party platform conditions.


18. Subscription & Membership Plans

Where applicable, subscription or membership plans may provide:

  • Ongoing service benefits

  • Priority assistance

  • Structured support periods

Subscription terms may specify:

  • Duration

  • Renewal conditions

  • Cancellation rules

Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before subscribing.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal (if applicable) may result in continued billing under the selected plan.


19. Taxes & Compliance

Users acknowledge that pricing may include or exclude applicable taxes as required under Indian law.

VIB complies with applicable tax regulations and may adjust pricing or invoicing to remain compliant with evolving legal obligations.

20. Refund & Cancellation Policy Reference

All refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Platform.

By completing payment, users acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility for refund depends on:

  • Service stage

  • Nature of the request

  • Completion status

  • Compliance with support procedures

Once a service has been fully delivered as described and acknowledged, refunds may not be applicable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.


21. Digital Service Acknowledgment

Users acknowledge that:

  • Delivery may occur through communication, consultation, configuration guidance, or structured assistance.

  • Digital confirmation records may serve as evidence of completion.

Once digital service steps are performed as agreed, the service may be considered fulfilled.

Failure of the user to utilize or act upon delivered guidance does not invalidate completion.


22. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact VIB directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback without attempting internal resolution may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of access

  • Documentation submitted to the payment processor for dispute defense

VIB reserves the right to present:

  • Service logs

  • Communication transcripts

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Policy acceptance records

as evidence in response to any payment dispute.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.


23. Right to Suspend or Refuse Service

VIB reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or terminate services if:

  • The user violates these Terms

  • Payment fraud is suspected

  • False information is provided

  • Abusive behavior occurs

  • The request appears unlawful or high-risk

In such cases, VIB may suspend service without prior notice where necessary to mitigate risk.


24. No Performance Guarantees

VIB provides digital support and assistance based on user requirements.

VIB does not guarantee:

  • Specific performance outcomes

  • Third-party platform behavior

  • Permanent status or access on external platforms

  • Immunity from independent enforcement actions

Outcomes may depend on factors beyond VIB’s control, including user cooperation and third-party policies.


25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VIB shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of access or privileges

  • Reputational harm

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of digital assets

VIB’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

26. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIB from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Breach of third-party platform policies

  • Fraudulent payment disputes

  • False or misleading representations made by the user

  • Unauthorized use of the Platform

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of services.


27. Force Majeure

VIB shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government actions or regulatory changes

  • Internet disruptions

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Technical failures of third-party platforms

  • Natural disasters

  • Civil disturbances

In such cases, service timelines may be reasonably extended or suspended without liability.


28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The unenforceable provision shall be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its intended purpose while remaining legally valid.


29. Waiver

Failure by VIB to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.

Any waiver must be expressly made in writing.


30. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or services shall be subject to Indian law.


31. Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Users agree to submit to such jurisdiction for resolution of disputes.


32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Platform Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between VIB and the user regarding use of services.

They supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.


33. Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective from the date of publication on the Platform and remain in effect until revised.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
